A variant of the commonly discussed historical 12 month sales expression.
I have a chart, with month-year as the only dimension.
For each dimension value, I want an expression to count the number of unique customers in the 12 preceding months.
It's something like this, but I can't quite get it right. Any help really appreciated.
Count ({<DateField ={">=$(=addmonths(DateField), -12) <=$(=DateField)"} >} DISTINCT CustomerNo)
The output would be something like this:
Date Unique customers in last 12 months
Jan-12 100
Feb-12 120
Mar-12 150
