I know this may be real easy, but I have spent countless hours trying to get a chart to show a percentage change based on let us say 01/03/2011.
For example, on 1/03/2011 the price was $50.00. Each day the price may go up or down and today the price is $58.00
I cannot seem to get the chart to always look at 1/03/2011 and use that as the base for the division…. Any ideas?
I have tried Above but it doesnt seem to work
As per Karl's suggestion.

Hope that helps,

Instead of above() you can use top().
Set analysis could also be used to fix the reference date of the price.

Yeah, im sure it something simple with the expression; as you can see in the attached qvw
Anyone have any ideas, it would be appreciated....
Here are 2 options.
Regards.
Many Thanks... I used Top and it didnt work.... Weird.... Coffee is needed
Any tips on how to get the chart to render 2 lines for 2 differecnt sets of data? When I select 1 Selection, it renders correct, the minute I choose 2, it does not work
Use the Set Analysis solution like the attached example.
Regards.
Thanks Karl.... never ever noticed the < > option....
