I am just trying to get how does it work the color wizard.
I have built a simple table with just one column then I have built a chart with one expression sum(data1)
So far ... it's just a simple chart. No problems at all.
Now I would like to use the color wizard in order to have for the highest and lowest values different colors.
I have used the wizard by puting in the expression sum(data1)/sum(total data1) .
Obviusly it doesn't work.
I would be pleased if somebody can help me with an example about that. Just for understanding how it works.
Thanks in advance for any kind of help
After few tries I got it ....
Thanks for the help Matt ...

I've used the rank() function in the past to sort this one:
=if(rank(sum([Order Count]))=1,rgb(198,255,198),if(rank(sum(total [Order Count])-sum([Order Count]))=1,rgb(255,198,198)))
Where 'Sum([Order Count])' is the expression in my table. Simply place the expression in the Background Colour expression box (click the '+' next to the expresion).
You can alter the rgb() values to change the colour scheme as required.
