Color coding should be applicable only for one metric and not for the other which is in the same cell

Hi All, I have 2 metric in the same cell. I need to color code only the percentage and down/upward arrow. if the -ve % then it should be green or else red. The color coding should be only applicable to % not for integer. 

It would be gr8 help, if i get solution. Thanks In Advance

You can´t have it using only one column.

You could split into two different columns
