Combining the Date fields

Hi,

There are two Date fields in an excel file namely Startdate and Enddate which consist of only Apr-14 and Mar-15 respectively. How can we merge these two fields to create one date field which also includes Month names from April 2014 to March 2015 ? For a better picture, please find the files attached.
