Hi,
I was wondering if I can open a QlikView document with a specific bookmark from the command line.
I know I can set a Bookmark on Open from "Document Properties > Trigger > On Open"; however, I want to open the file with a different bookmark every time.
Is there a way of doing that?
After looking through the manual, on the Command Line Syntax I couldn't find anything.
All the commands that I found are:
/r /rp /l /lp /v /nodata /NoSecurity
Is there any way of selecting which bookmark will be loaded on open?
Thank you for your help.
Kind Regards
You can pass a variable value with the /v option. You can use this to set a variable vBookMark to a value of a bookmark id and make the Apply Bookmark action use this variable.
C:\Users\me>"C:\Program Files\Qlikview\Qv.exe" /vvBookMark=BM03 D:\QVdata\MyDocument.qvw

Thank you Gysbert Wassenaar.
It has worked perfectly.
