Complex Logic Scenario

Hey All,

I am Attaching one sample data excel with logic in it.

i want to replicate it in qlikview by giving what if analysis feature of percentage variables..

First.. i want to achieve the desired output in attached excel .

second priority is what if analysis..

if any can be achieved would be great.. 

I am highlighting the area where logics are applicable..

Where is the raw data which needs to be converted into this form?
