Conditional Expression in Guage Chart

hi,

I am new to QV and am trying to work out a guage chart for Budget Vs. Expenses.

There are multiple categories for Expenses and some of these do not have budgets assigned.

The requirement is to calculate Expense/budget only for those items where buget > 0.

Please help.
