Добрый день, на сколько помню, то у каждого поля (измерения, выражения), есть настройка цвета (текст, фон) и там можно прописать условие.

Просто раскройте поле по +.

а вот по функциям не подскажу

You can do various type of conditional formatting like for

1. Any object (Straight table, Pivot table, Text object, Bat chart)

2. For any sheet or sheet object

3. In the load scripts also you do formatting.
