Convert varBinary fields - SharePoint 2013 data retrieval

Hi, I am about to start a QlikView project where the source system

is SharePoint on SQL Server DB. Most of the data is located on varbinary fields

that (if I understand correct) can be converted to XML.

I would like to create an auto load to extract the data into QVD files

but first I need to find a way to read the data as a simple table (or XML),

any of you who has some experience with this - I will appreciate your tips here.
