Copy to Clipboard - distorted objects

Hi, everyone,

I am having an issue where any object (chart, etc) I "Copy to Clipboard As Image" gets severely distorted.  This is greatly affecting my NPrinting templates, as they are coming out as a "jumbled mess".  Please see the attached file for an example.  My versions are:

1.  Qlikview:  Version 12.10.20600.0 SR8

2.  NPrinting:  Version 16.6.0.0

In your QV Desktop, check Settings, User Preferences, Export, Clipboard Zoom.  What's it set to?  Try setting it to something larger than 100%, like 200%.
