Count occurrences of a range time within a range dates

Hi all,

I would like to count the occurrences of a range time within a date range.

An example would be clearer :

withing below range :

Monday May, 27th - 12:00 and Thursday May, 30th - 18:00

I want to count how many times I find the range 22:00 - 06:00

So result should be : 3

I can't find the approach to do it.

That could be a good start but the difficulty in my case will be to compare a range of times to a range of dates.
