Count of field for same week number this year vs last year in same row

Hi I have to show the count of a field from previous year same week number on the same row as the current year and same weeknumber . Please see attached file.

the current result that I am getting is

but I want the result to show like

For now just for test purposes i have hardcoded the previous year value to be 2014 but it should pick up whatever is the year in the row and show the previous years data in the same row .

Any thoughts on how to do this ?

might be not exactly your setup, but something like that would work easier (see attached and screenshot). I think the the different week values are difficult to handle in an dynamic expression, but if you take the week-number (which is the same in each year) -that is much easier.

The thing with that is the requirement is to have open week as a dimension and  show the latest 4 months so when we are in say jan to march last years months should also come and also they would like to see a colum where this year - last year
