Above column numbers are week numbers from which i would need count of <= each number.

Ex: column have 14 as week number i want count of <=14, 15 like wise for all the numbers which are in the column.

From the column we have different week numbers are there. from which i need count. 

example : data start week si 14. here i need is count of 14 or less then 14 week numbers count . like for 15 week number i need ount of 14 or less then 14 week numbers count .similar till last week number.
