do you think you want to share this .qvw file for all the people?

if your answer is YES

then put this .qvw file into QMC and share the Access point web url so that users can see the our dashboard.

If your answer is No

like .exe file we can't create .qvw file

Are you looking on how to create a .exe file which will contain a QVW with data? something similar where you will find it in Qlik Demo website?

If, yes then i think you need to work with Qlikview Workbench and .NET/Visual Basic to create a custom package (.exe) to deploy or share with users.

Work Bench requires a different License Key (Server LEF) i believe.
