Create Filter using words of certain Field

Hi everyone,

I need to find a way to create a Filter that contains certain words of a determinate Field.

For example: I have this list box of the field "Model"

I want to create some filters that filter the data depending on the words:

• One that contains "Bom" or Excelente"
• One that contains the brands as "Blackberry", "Samsung",etc.
• One that contains the models "iPhone 5, "Z30", etc.

I would be very grateful if someone help me.

I made inline as an example.

You can bring the devices from a table and only the filter conditions you put on inline ... or it may be on the table as well.

I'm sorry, but I thought you had the devices to a table.

You can create an Excel spreadsheet with all of them, and load directly from the spreadsheet.

Then you will only increasing with new records.

If you have huge data, then subfield take the correct way. So, if you want only last word then subfield is sufficient for you. Does the data has any tricky row or value. If yes, try to share application which only take that dimension and share with us so so people can understand easily to you. So that we can help you easily get to say that application with us that's really glad to help thank you

I managed to create filters with subfields when the data is consistent. For example with the Brands, because always the first word was the brand:

In the other cases, how can I create fields from certain words?

For example, for the conditions, not always the last words is the condition:

1rs line: Bom (word n°5)

2nd line: Excelente (word n°2)

3rd line: Muito Bom (word n°3 & n°4)

In this cases, I need to create some Field using the words: "Bom", "Excelente", "Muito Bom" in order to be able to filter.

Do you know how to do this?
