Create a csv file thru web service

Hi,

     Looking for solution to create csv file thru webservice.I know its possible thru macro but due to security reasons cannot use this option.Please help

Thanks Andre.In our case user select the value in input box and then the value of INPUT box plus data in straight table combined should be exported to CSV by user from accesspoint

input box: Yes

Server	status
abcd1	UP
dfed23	UP
wqasw321	UP

So the CSV should contain 

Server,status,QC

abcd1,UP,YES

dfed23,UP,YES

wqasw321,YES

The page you suggested is using store command in reload.In our case its user initiated by button.
