Creating Straight Table with Conditional Formatting

Hello All,

I want to make something that looks like the excel file ‘Data Points 2’ attached but can’t seem to make a straight table in Qlikview split by position, and relationship and that shows the proper question above..

‘Pipeline Surveys’ is the excel sheet I import into Qlikview.


I appreciate any help. This has been stumping me for a while now.

I have fixed this problem, I didn't have a unique ID to represent each row.
