Creating a document theme with templates

Hi,

i am looking for a doumnet theme creation using templates.. i have gone through the community but dint find any answer..

i was able to create themes  for single objects..

my Company wants to built a theme that should apply for all documents by default. using some templates..

if someone has done creating document thmes using templates that will be really helpful..
