Could not perform request since QMS backend is in Off Duty state

Boa tarde,

Estou com uma licença alugada do QlikviewServer, que dá direito para 5 pessoas acessarem.

Porém na hora de adicionar os usuário que poderão utilizar essas licenças, é apresentado a seguinte mensagem de erro: "Could not perform request since QMS backend is in Off Duty state"

Also, make sure your licenses have not expired.
