Cross Table Calculation

Hi All,

I need to calculate the cross table data but getting problem on that how i can do that please suggest me.Here in this example i load cross table and its total Agent sum is 17000 how can i get this please suggest me. I want

(1) Total sum agent wise.

(2) Average of Yes Count.
