Ex: current selections --> Shop=B, Year=2015.
Is there a simple way to achieve that? Or we need use macro?

In the Export tab of the User Preferences you can select the On BIFF Exports. This worked for me.

I'm not sure how to get it at the top, but you can get it at the bottom by following these instructions: Export Current Selections to Excel by Default
Thanks Nicole for your reply. But these settings will impact all .qvw and i'd like to get this only for one .qvw

Nice, it works!! But unlucky the line is at the bottom, not on top.
I'm pretty sure "User Preferences" only affects the user who has that setting on their computer. I do not think the setting will carry over to other users or to the server. It's not a document level setting.
Nicole is correct and this will only affect you. It will also affect all qvw that you view on your desktop. You will need to change the User Preferences each time you want to use this qvw and then change it back when you are done.
What is the exact need you have? Do you need all users of this qvw to see the Selections in the Excel. Or are you the only one that needs the Excel to include the selections?

My need is for all users of this .qvw.
Will the users bringing in a copy of the qvw to their desktop, or will they be accessing via a browser thru Access Point?
All users will access with browser through Access Point.
