Hi Everyone
I have a table that consists of daily transactions made by individuals(UID). An individual can have multiple transactions on a daily basis.
I need to find out for in the last 6 months which of these individuals made a transaction for 3 consecutive months adding up to a specific sum (total).
Really appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Dominic
Can you attach the sample data with qvw to demonstrate your requirement? Thank you.
Hi, can't really share sample but i have created demo:
UID | Transaction_amount | Date |
1234 | 10 | 2015-08-01 |
1234 | 5 | 2015-07-02 |
1234 | 20 | 2015-06-15 |
1234 | 40 | 2015-04-20 |
1234 | 15 | 2015-01-10 |
1234 | 5 | 2015-02-04 |
So as you can see the specific UID in the last 6 months has transacted the sum amount of 35 in 3 consecutive months.
So the expression needs to be 6 months back from current date with distinct UID sum of transaction_amount which >= 30 in a 3 consecutive month period.
Hope this makes sense.
Hi, just wondering if you are still able to help?
Thanks.
