Dear experts,
Can you guys help me with the following problem.
I've developed a dashboard for a transportation ustomer based on a excel document. In the enclosed Qlikview file you can see the graph 'First time right carrier'. What the customer wants to know is; How many times did a A carrier (see tab 'detailed report') reject the load and is it passed through to a Check Carrier (The Check carrier will eventually be the executive carrier). The whole dashboard is based on the executive carrier but only graph 'First time right carrier' needs to be based on the A carrier.
It's hard to explain so I'll understand if not clear.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
For all carriers. I'll try to explain the situation as clear as possible.
We have a customer that has selected 5 carriers to perform transports for him. I need to take care of administration, communication with the carriers for this customer so they don't have to. The customer does want to know how the carriers perform and therefor this scorecard.
Carriers are selected for certain transport. They are the "A carrier" on these transports. However it is possible that the "A carrier" doesn't have enough resources to perform the transport. As a backup, the customer also selected a "Check carrier" on each transport. So when the "A carrier" cannot perform the transport, "Check carrier" will stand in, and will be the "executive carrier". When the "A carrier" can perform the transport, the "Check carrier" will not be needed and the "A carrier" will be the "Executive carrier".
The customer wants a report about the performance of his carriers. Graph "No of loads", "Loading performance" and "Delivery performance" are about actual performance. So this graphs are about the carrier that actually performed the work. That is in this case the "Executive carrier". This is also the filter and listbox for the dashboard.
Next to this, the customer also wants to know how many times a "A carrier" didn't have enough resources and needs to decline the transport. In the customers eyes he failed to keep his end of the bargain. So they want to know how many times this happened. This score needs to be combined with the actual performance that the carrier delivered so the customer can see in one dashboard how his carriers are performing and how many transport they declined.
Hopefully this helps.

Yeah this seems to be the right expression.
But in the dashboard I select carrier "D". Now, it doesn't show the right amount because it still looks up "D" as an executive carrier and not as an A carrier.
hi
i have done some adjustment and tried to make it the way you want . still i will recommend a new filter because when you select Ecarrier the related month will be associated with it not the month related to Acarrier.
anyway try it once and let me know.

Hi Pradosh,
Thanks for your help. This seems to be working partially.
I think you're right and savest way is to add a new tab with a listbox filter on 'a carrier'.
Afterall, many thanks for your help. Learned a lot!
I will still work on this and will update you. you can mark answers helpful and may be close the thread by answered/ assume answered.
