Dashboard with different insights

Dear experts,

Can you guys help me with the following problem.

I've developed a dashboard for a transportation ustomer based on a excel document. In the enclosed Qlikview file you can see the graph 'First time right carrier'. What the customer wants to know is; How many times did a A carrier (see tab 'detailed report') reject the load and is it passed through to a Check Carrier (The Check carrier will eventually be the executive carrier). The whole dashboard is based on the executive carrier but only graph 'First time right carrier' needs to be based on the A carrier.

It's hard to explain so I'll understand if not clear.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

What are expected value you are looking to get for the chart?

If i select carrier 'A' in my filter. graph 'First time right' needs to display how many times carrier 'a' isn't the executive carrier. The expression isn't that difficult. The only problem is that my dashboard is based on executive carriers and only this field is based on A carriers.

Right now when I select A, I see this

But I guess this is not what you want? What is the expected output you are looking for?

That's right. With the current selection you can see that the data is based on carrier 'A' as a executive carrier (Ecarrier). In this case i want to know how many times carrier 'A' rejected it's order. So it needs to be based on field 'A carrier' because the executive carrier doesn't want to recive the hit, that he rejected the order.

Hi

if you want the count where A carrier passed on to C carrier and then it becomes ECareer  or where Acarrier not equal to E carrier then find the attached.

Hello Pradosh,

This is the desired results. But the value doesn't change when i select a other carrier. I can see that you used 'A' in the expression. Is there a way to get the same kind of result when I select a other carrier?

you want only for carrier 'A' or all the carriers that are listed in field "Carrier A" ? sorry . due to the names its a bit confusing .

if you select any filter other than  e carrier the value will change. do you want Ecarrier to make an impact too ?

edit: attached is the dashboard
