Data Model Issue

Hi All,

I got 4 tables as shown in the below picture, table 1 got one extra Date field than table 2. Table 3 and table 4 got same type of fields.

here I am struggling to build a data data model . Can anyone help me on this issue , how to join or concatenate those tables to build a simple data model.

FYI all tables in Excel format not in data base.
