Data in Share Qlikview

I have loaded a SHARED QLIKVIEW

Horse Racing from OHR.

from a full Partner license v9. I can access this AOK from my licence - all the data available. When another forumite

with a personal copy tries to download , they get the message

This file is recognised as one of your own. However we must update the key .......etc

If this SHARED QLIKVIEW is OPENED or SAVED - there is no data.

How can I change this so that the data is available ?

I've do a bit of digging.

Can Qlikview please approve this upload and apply a Universal License Key to the file that will allow it to work with Personal Edition.
