Data reduction based on section access

Hello

I got a document in which I created a section access with the following fields

ACCESS USERID PASSWORD NTNAME

ADMIN     *              *                ABC\alihijazi

ADMIN    *               *                ABC\tsalameh

....

at the end of the script I had a table with the column NTNAME containing names of users similar to the ones in the section access

I checked the "Initial Data Reduction Based on Section Access" in the Opening Tab of the document properties

However whichever user opens the document data is not being reduced

Please advise!!

Just found out that the values in the section access for the NTNAME and the application table with the NTNAME should be upper case

and it works just fine !!
