You can create the QVD, next read this QVD and write to CSV file. import the CSV in to mySQL or any other database. Then it serves as an ETL.

you can migrate data from any tool to any data base engine. This is done by ETL tools i.e Extract Transform and Load.
For any BI application, we follow basic 3 steps:
1) Must have an OLTP data available.
2) Transform the data into DataWarehouse using ETL tools.
3) Using DataWarehouse to create BI applications.
