Date data - converting "Jan 5/11" to "Jan/5/2011" or "01/01/2011

I have a date field formatted like this "Jan 5/11" and another file with the date field formatted as "Jan 5/2011". Looking to see if someone has an app/script to recognize as as a date in QlikView.

Is it a data source format? If yes:
1st field: date(date#(Field1, 'MMM D/YY')) as Field1
2nd field: date(date#(Field2, 'MMM D/YYYY')) as Field2
