Date to be presented on max date of the month

Hi all,

I need to restrict data in column 2 based on the column 1 and max of the dates.

For eg: i am having data follwws

Code	sub code	date	value
Code1	SC1	01/01/14	100
Code1	SC2	01/21/14	101
Code1	SC3	02/22/14	102
Code1	SC4	03/23/14	103
Code2	SC5	01/14/14	104
Code2	SC6	01/14/14	105
Code2	SC7	02/20/14	106

Code2	SC9	03/23/14	108
Code2	SC10	03/23/14	109
Code2	SC11	06/05/14	110
Code2	SC12	06/05/14	111

now i need to present  the  data in report in such may that i should show dist 'Code' for max date on the month and the match sub code.

In above example, if date is filterd to feb 26, then the data to be presented as below,

Code	sub code	date	value
Code1	SC3	02/22/14	102
Code2	SC7	02/20/14	106
Code3	SC16	02/20/14	115
Code4	SC21	02/20/14	120

and if the date is filtered to 25 th Apr,

Code	sub code	date	value
Code1	SC4	03/23/14	103
Code2	SC8	03/23/14	107
Code2	SC9	03/23/14	108
Code2	SC10	03/23/14	109
Code3	SC17	03/23/14	116
Code4	SC26	04/23/14	125

and so on.

Please guide me to get this done

Attached with answer.

I created an input box where you can enter the required date(MM/DD/YYYY) and the table below will filter the data accordingly, as per your above mentioned requirement.
