Delete this symbol "-" in field

I have a field with this form 30-4324323-3 or 3-3445-434-43, and i need delete the symbol "-" , so it is with this form 304323233 or 344543443,

how do this?

You can use the function Replace(<Column>, <string to replace>, <replace with>). Example in your case would be

Replace(<Column>, '-', '')
