Dimension selection in a chart - set analysis?

I have the above table of postcode areas, the distance to their postcode area neighbours, and the number of adults in each postcode area.

I want a chart which shows (for a selection of postcode areas) the postcode area, its nearest neighbour, and the number of adults in that neighbour.

CO, SS, 3300

BN, TN, 7000

Ideas please ! Do I need set analysis ?
