HI Devarasu

Iam using a straight table which will show the detailed table and it will contain only field names like

Department, Name, City, Sponsoror, and so on.  there will not be any expression for this

Now i want to diplay all the details of the fields in chart for max of "Date"..

how do i achieve this ?

Hi

Use following Expression

=Aggr(Date(Max( Date)), Dept)

Anil_Babu_Samineni

Without expression, I don't like to use Max() function. And for your question go to Properties - Presentation - Suppress the null values. You will get it using my condition where i mentioned earlier

HI ANil ,

I used your below suggested Condition and supressed the null values in presentation tab.

But the chart wont display any values...

Aggr(Date(Max(TOTAL Date)), Department)

Anil_Babu_Samineni

Try first condition then? But i am sure it should work

Hi,

To get your solution correctly & quickly, always try to share with  mock data and expected output that would be easy for us to check and help you.
