Displaying Null Values

Hello,

I have a calendar that has all YearPeriods for 2010 but when I create a Pivot table it only displays those YearPeriods that have a Sales value (Year 2010 has been selected).

YEARPERIOD

CONTRACT

2010 02

2010 05

2010 06

1

£100

2

£400

3

£200

Is there something I can do so the Pivot table is displayed like below?

YEARPERIOD

CONTRACT

2010 01

2010 02

2010 03

2010 04

2010 05

2010 06

2010 07

2010 08

2010 09

2010 10

2010 11

2010 12

1

£100

2

£400

3

£200

I have tried checking the 'Show All Values' box for the YearPeriod dimension but this does not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Chris

Did you uncheck in Dimension tab a Suppress When Value is Null

and

in Presentation tab uncheck Suppress Zero-Values and Suppress Missing?????

Thanks Erico.

I had unchecked them both individually but not at the same time.
