Hi Folks,
I have assigned DOC and Assigned Call's to a User 'XXXX'. The user unable to access the application immediately. Is there any particular time to activate the DOC and Assigned Cal's.

No there is no such time gap. If everything is set properly, the user should be able to access the app immediately after 'Apply'ing the same. Did you notice something that user gets access after sometime?

Thank you very much for your quick reply.The settings has been applied correctly. But , the user unable to view the application. It's raising error as "User CAL's not Assigned to this user ". I assigned DOC CAL as well as Assigned CAL to this user.Unable to identify the issue.

I checked in the users -> UserManagement.
It's showing it as DOC and NAMED CAL Assigned.But the app is not opening still. Is there any other settings to assign USER CAL. Please find the attached Png.

If there is no problem in cals whatever assigned.
Then right click on QVW file-->properties-->security-->edit and add the user.
