Duplicate values problem.

Hello

The problem is i want to show vendor master table ....but the vendor ID should not repeat obviously......

In that case i can do that by supressing null speciality values but the sme vendor Id really do not have this

speciality  they also get suppressed.. i dont want that please hlp how do i tackle this....
