Error Handling for obj.export

Hi

I am trying to write a macro in qlikview for exporting a chart to csv. If the file does not exist, I get an error "Cannot open file test.csv for writing"

I would like to have a different message box appear if this happens. I tried adding On Error Resume Next and added

If err <> 0 Then

      Msgbox("Test")

End If

But the message box does not pop up, and I continue to receive the error message for exporting. How do I get the Msgbox to show?

Thanks in advanced!
