Error Logs.

Hi can someone help me with the error logs attached in this email, and what could be the work around or this. thanks!

It looks like the task exceeded the max time (6 hours) you have set for this task. Increase the task max time if you think it is legitimate that the task takes this long.

Where can I set the maximum time for this?

If you are using Publisher, the setting is in the task Trigger pane, "Timeout in Minutes". If you are not using Publisher, it's a similar field on the document reload settings in the QMC.
