Error while opening a saved QVW file

I am encountering an error while opening a QVW(saved file). I am attaching the screenshot of that error . In that u can see two options , if I click yes(run script) , I am getting a blank sheet named Main. I checked the script , the whole script the of previosly loaded data was there. Can someone help me out.

Go to the menu into the tab view and disable the webview. This webview is performed from the IE and if the IE release is too old/new to the QV release and/or it contains not supported extensions and/or some IE /security settings are disabled it could come to such an error-message.

Marcus is spot on, but if you need to be running Web View, be sure you have IE11 installed on your machine.  I am not sure if having IE11 set to an earlier document mode might be a problem or not as well.  Shout if this and Marcus' post do not do the trick for you, and we can see if we can come up with anything else here.

The only other things of which I can think here would be to maybe run a Repair on your installation, and lastly, you could try recreating your Settings.ini file in case something got sideways there.  That is located in: C:\Users\UserProfileName\AppData\Roaming\QlikTech\QlikView by default.

Brett
