Export Network Id's from QEMC Authorization list

Is it possible to export the list of user id's that have access to a document?

Hi

Yes, look in the QVPR XML files (or database) . There is DistributionDetail file, that links recipients with DocumentTask that links to Document.

Sorry where about on the server would that be? Is there a file name or extension i could search for ?

Please login into your Publisher server and look for Generic path

C:\Users\All Users\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR : if not, look for the folder "ManagementService"-.

Note :

1. QVPR file has the data aggregated, so choose the file with the latest date, as it contains all the data piled up till that date.

2. Please download QvprAnalysis_V2.qvw from this forum or from Rob Wunderlich's website

This QvprAnalysis_V2.qvw will provide you complete detail of the information and beyond .
