Export image from a table to excel

Hello,

I have got a table chart in QV that looks like the following:

NameSurnameSalesPhoto
JonJon700
ManuelPopayan700
AnaLalas800
MartaBaiao900

When I try to export to excel, the field photo comes empty. Is there anyway for me to be able to export the images from the table chart to excel?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Iuri

No, Excel doesn't have that feature.

Hi Luri,

It is a Excel format issue

if your images are placed in some folder then you can insert at particular image cell

Go to Insert tab->Click on Picture and provide the path.

Hi,

there is no direct export option available but you can copy excel as image and then paste it into excel.

for that right click on chart -> copy to Clipboard -> Image

or go to chart property->Caption->enable copy image to clipboard option

Hey guys,

Thanks for your help and suggestions...

I think I will have to use macros, because I dont think the client wont do many copy and pasting, they only want click in a button a get the result.

avinashelite

you can also try with the Nprinting tool ...that might help you

Hi Iuri,

If yo finally go for the macro option, remember that macro execution is only functional where you're accessing the QlikView application with the plug-in in Internet Explorer.

Hello!

It's not possible. Because QlikView to Excel only send texts.
