I have a model that I need to refactor to remove old variables that are no lomger required. However, when I try to use the expression overview nothing happens. Whether I type Ctrl=Alt=E or use the menu Settings | Expression Overview, I get a brief hourglass and then .... nothing! I am using QV 11.0.11440. The model is quite large (with about 250 sheet objects).
The other overviews all open normally, and the expression overview works normally with other models, but not this one!
Is there a bullet proof cross reference tool or QV model that I can use that will highlight every possible place a field or variable might be used?
The only solution I can come up with is to grep the -prj files to look for any expressions using the variables. I would welcome other suggestions.
