Failed to load an app

We have deployed an app in Virtual Server, we can see the app form the server (thought IE) perfectly .  Problem arises when it comes to browsing from Client machine. In client machine we are able to see that app in Access Portal but when I open I am facing below error.

Error.PNG  Please help us to overcome this error.

Our version in 11.2, does that post still relevant?

I have not faced this kind of error and the above are some suggestions. If you recently upgrade your Qlikview, then take this solution into consideration. Did you try the second suggestion?

Did you download latest IE Plug-in? If not download on your client machine as shown in screen.

Make sure your QV server is added to either the Intranet zone or Trusted sites list.

Do i need to add the Server Name or the Full URL of my dashboard ?

Issue resolved: Customer had lots of security on theirs networks. Once that was sorted out. App is opening succesfully.
