Filters at the opening of APP

Hi,

I have a group of data where i have regions as one of the column header

Like

Region

West

East

North

South

I do not want East to see the data of west and vice a versa

How can i create the app where this is possible

I want only JNY data to be displayed

This expression is showing everything else except JNY data

Load [ODC], [Date], ... from [Lib://...] *ooxml, ...) Where ODC = 'JNY';
