Finding a Particular mapping String in a Field

Dear Friends

I have a field which has long data in it. From this long data I need to find particular city/country from a mapping sheet.

Example:

In attached Excel Sample data I have a City sheet which has names of the cities (Mumbai, Bangkok, Dubai) . I want to search for these cities in different separate table - long field sheet.

In Long field sheet,  column name -  Field we have Mumbai in first record, Bangkok in second record and Dubai in third record.

So we should pick these 3 cities and display.

Kindly help me to achieve the output.
