FirstSorted Value

Hello,

I need some help to fix an issue where i am using FirstSortedValue function along with Aggr.

My data is attached as excel book and i would like to select the value of Avg for the last day of every month, FISC_DAY_OF_MTH_NBR in my case.

Please give your suggestions.
