I recently had to create a Fiscal Year chart where the fiscal year was 9/1/17 - 8/31/18 (US date format). I uploaded a copy of the app as an example:

If that solution doesn't work, could you load and example of one years worth of dates and the expected results. The reason I am requesting that is because your example doesn’t make logical sense. If your fiscal year was only 15 days off your calendar year that would not justify a different calendar from a business perspective. Maybe you meant that the data should be reported in 15 day periods rather than month intervals. If you can show a years worth of “translation” values, I am pretty sure it can easily be adjusted in a formula or in the load script. Good luck!
