i am facing some issues with qlikview web services and rasing in memory in qlikview server:

what we are actually facing is what so ever reports we are having in qlikview are scheduled in Qlikview management concole were running fine but suddenly from past one month the reports are not acceceble in Qlikview web portal (access point).\
whenever we are trying to open any report in accesspoint through chrome browser we are getting lost connection error
and same reports are acceible in IE browser but when any report opens the ram raises high to maximum limit and goes down only after restart of services.
we searched all at our end but not able to find the root cause why is it happenning.
can any one of you suggest any solution for this:
also can anyone of you tell that the above explained issue can occuer through some bad expression in any report.
