Group Columns Together in Qlikview Data Model

In my attached data, I have to group few columns to a particular category as follows -

Column E to H as Nurse Related

Column I to M as Psych related

and Column N to R as Voc related

The idea is to get the output in the second worksheet. How can I group these columns under the respective categories?

This is just a sample data, there are millions of rows under each group
